COURSE DESCRIPTION
Over the course of three 5-hour sessions, participants will learn how to integrate PHS throughout workplace systems and practices that are common in many organizations.
This facilitator-led training will empower learners to understand the key elements of work that affect PHS within their organization. Learners will be introduced to the Opening Minds PHS Integration Framework and how to use it in guiding an organization to put PHS into practice in the key areas of work.
This course helps participants in preparing for measuring the level of PHS integration through a PHS Assessment that demonstrates how organizations can be supported to make resource allocation decisions for system improvements.
Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) is a proactive systems approach focused on addressing work-related areas that contribute to mental health problems and supporting the creation of healthy, safe, and productive workplaces where people, including those who live with mental health problems, can thrive.
