In this half day facilitator-led training program, participants will learn the foundations of psychological health and safety and discover the essential elements that contribute to a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. Through activities and discussions learners will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of PHS, gain practical knowledge on identifying the characteristics of a healthy organization, and be supported in understanding the essential role that everyone in the organization plays in sustaining a safer and more supportive work environment.
Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) is a proactive systems approach focused on addressing work-related areas that contribute to mental health problems and supporting the creation of healthy, safe, and productive workplaces where people, including those who live with mental health problems, can thrive.
