Our Mental Health First Aid course equips you with the knowledge and skills to recognize the signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support, and guide individuals toward appropriate professional help. Designed for individuals, teams, and workplaces, this evidence-based training empowers you to respond confidently in crisis situations and promote a more supportive, mentally healthy environment. All of our courses are delivered by trained facillitators who are certified by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. All successful participants will recieve MHFA Certification directly from the Mental Health Commission of Canada and Opening Minds.
